Returns & Exchanges:
We guarantee your satisfaction! All orders are protected by our money back guarantee, allowing you to return defective or damaged merchandise for a full refund. Personalized items which are defective or damaged may be exchanged. All defective or damaged merchandise must be reported by phone or email within 7-days of delivery, and then returned to our warehouse within 14-days of delivery. In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, many of the products we sell offer extended product warranties. Zippo and Xikar both offer lifetime warranties, ensuring multiple layers of customer satisfaction. Please contact us in the event you would like to initiate a return.

Backorders:
If a product you order is out-of-stock you will be notified. Upon notification you will be presented with a variety of options allowing you to choose your preferred resolution. We take pride in the personal yet professional level of customer service we offer, and we will work hard to ensure you are fully satisfied in any event.

Order Changes:
We will make every effort possible to accommodate your change order requests, but we are unable to guarantee that we can change an order once it has been accepted. If you would like to change your order in any way after you have submitted it there could be additional fees involved ($35 Order Modification Fee). This includes changing a personalized message, font, etc.

Engraving & Fonts:
Items will be engraved, etched or personalized exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. All personalization is performed in the font style pictured and selected. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, % or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. Please limit each line to 16 characters. Please refer to the product image and description for a sample of the personalization, font name, style type as well as line & character limits and product dimensions.

Color Personalization:
After you place your order please use the contact form to find out how to email your pictures to us. The estimated turnaround time for our full color personalized lighters is 7-14 days. It is necessary to allow sufficient time for the image transfer to cure properly. We will email you with a proof of your completed design prior to applying the design to ensure complete satisfaction. If you require a picture of your design prior to shipment additional time may be required. We may be able to expedite design and delivery, but only upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Domestic Shipping Information - United States

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated automatically when you place your order. The fees generally range between $5 to $10 depending on your preferred delivery method and the number of products ordered.

Domestic Shipping Methods:
Most items are shipped by the US Postal Service via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. When you place your order you can select your preferred delivery method. If you are not presented with an option for First Class it is because your order is too heavy for first class mail. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped from our Florida warehouse.

Ground Shipping:
Orders containing lighter fluid, including Zippo MPLs and Gift Kits, must be shipped via ground. Although our ordering system will indicate Priority Mail, the actual delivery method will be via ground delivery (UPS, DHL or FedEX).

Signature Requirements:
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $100. This protects our customers from delivery errors by reducing the chances of an order being delivered to the wrong destination.

Rush Delivery:
Expedited delivery is not available for all orders, so if you require such delivery please contact us in advance to check availability.

Domestic Delivery Time:
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Although average delivery time is typically less than 5-days after your order is completed, we ask that you allow additional time to compensate for any slowdowns within the postal service. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible to make sure we meet your delivery deadline. Please allow additional time for orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Engraving & Personalization:
Please allow additional time for delivery in the event you purchase product personalization. If you require expedited delivery, please let us know your requirements when you place your order.

International Shipping Information - Outside United States

International Shipping Methods:
We offer international shipping to any global destination through the US Postal Service. The most popular shipping method is International First Class Mail. We also offer International Priority Mail. We suggest that you select the method that suits your needs. For orders in excess of $100 USD we suggest Priority Mail International to ensure your order is properly delivered in a timely manner.

International Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship lighter fluid or any items containing lighter fluid outside of the United States. If you order an item containing lighter fluid we will remove the fluid prior to shipping the order. Items that include lighter fluid include Zippo Multi-Purpose Lighters, Gift Kits and Zippo Hand Warmers. If you order any of these items for delivery to a destination outside the United States the fluid will be removed.

International Free Shipping:
Free shipping is not available for orders delivered outside of the United States.
