Overview:
We offer engraving on all Zippo lighters. We use state of the art machinery to achieve perfect results every time. This allows us to offer better results at a lower price than our competitors. Lighter Fly performs all engraving and personalization in-house at our own facility in Florida.

How Do I Add Engraving To My Order?
To add engraving to your order you must first add the item to your cart that you would like engraved. Then, click Add Engraving and enter the text you would like engraved, select the font you would like to use, and select the position you would like.
You need to add one engraving for each item you want engraved. If you would like 3 items engraved you must Add Engraving three times, entering the text for each lighter.
If you are ordering multiple items to be engraved please use Order Comments to let us know which message you want on which item.

We offer over a dozen different fonts, and we can engrave your Zippo lighter in several different positions.

Engraving FAQ:
What items can I have engraved?
At this time we offer engraving on all Zippo Lighters, regular and slim. We do not offer engraving on other items, such as Xikar Cigar Cutters or Xikar Lighters. Engraving is suggested only for silver, chrome and brass finishes. We don't suggest engraving any colored items (red, blue, orange, etc) because it can be hard to read. If you would like to personalize a colored item please use our Full Color Personalization instead.

How much does engraving cost?

How long does it take to have an item engraved?
All engraving orders are processed and completed within 3 to 5 days, shipping and delivery may take another 3 to 5 days. If you require your order to be delivered sooner please contact us to make sure we can meet your deadline.

What can I have engraved?
We can engrave any combination of words, numbers and even certain patterns or images. If you would like a special image engraved please contact us for a quote.

Can I return or cancel my order?
Once your item has been engraved we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.

Engraving Terms:
Order Changes:
We will make every effort possible to accommodate your change order requests, but we are unable to guarantee that we can change an order once it has been accepted. If you would like to change your order in any way after you have submitted it there could be additional fees involved ($35 Order Modification Fee). This includes changing a personalized message, font, etc.

Engraving & Fonts:
Items will be engraved, etched or personalized exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. All personalization is performed in the font style pictured and selected. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, %u201C or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear.

Monograms:
If you would like a Monogram, please clearly specify "Monogram" and provide the initials in this order: First Name initial, Last Name initial, Middle Name Initial. We will not change the order of the initials. Example: The monogram for Thomas Allen Peterson will be TPA. Lighter Fly will produce the monogram exactly as you have entered it in the font shown for the item ordered.
